Boy Blonk - Executive Director is a citizen of the Netherlands. His background includes 8+ years in the logistics/forwarding/shipping industry working in a variety of roles including sales, operations and executive management. In addition, Boy has been active in several leading-edge ventures involving the creation of marketing plans, developing social media presences and advanced project management. Throughout his career, Boy has focused on delivering exceptional customer acquisition, driving operational efficiency, and developing strong partnerships with clients and suppliers. As the Executive Director of WLN, Boy is committed to continuing this focus on customer service, operational excellence, and partnerships because he believes that, by working collaboratively with our team, our members and partners, WLN can achieve great success and growth. Andrew (Andy) Titley – Executive Director was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in 1981 and then, as Fellow 1989. His career includes Trainee Accountant with a packing and crating company; Accountant with Cunard Steamship with responsibilities for fleet accounting; various senior financial positions with P&O Container (formerly OCL) including financial responsibility for the Southampton Terminal and the SW Region of the UK; Revenue Controller of Pandair Freight (1984-1986); Controller, Treasurer, Senior VP, Secretary and CFO of Amerford International Company (a NASDAQ Company) (1986-1991). He co-founded Albion International Services, Inc. in 1991 and is currently Executive Director of Global Logistics Network (GLN).  Andy alternates between his offices in Davie, FL, USA and Ubon Ratchatani, Thailand.
